ABOUT ME

I'm a self-taught artist who began painting in 2020 while homeschooling my daughter during lockdown. I use pastels, graphite, ink, watercolor and oil and paint a variety of subjects including portraits, landscapes, still life, human figures and animals. My art is eclectic as I like to combine elements from different eras, cultures and movements. I emphasize connection and like to confuse the boundaries in my compositions. I find unique ways to represent light, whether it be the sun or other light-themed objects.
