Returns Policy

MERCHANDISE/ARTWARE

Our merchandise is designed to be enjoyed as artistic collectibles, therefore all sales are final. Each piece is made for display purposes only.  While some items can be worn or used, the primary intent of each piece is artistic expression. We do not accept returns based on fit or style preference.

In addition, most of the merchandise contains small, intentional, "surprise elements": hidden details, text, or tiny images that are not clearly visible in online product photographs, in order to make the art interactive. These inclusions are not defects, rather, they make the items unique and give it a narrative quality.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement (or within 45 days for international orders). You will be asked to provide clear photos as evidence of damage. There is no need to return damaged products.
