All sales are final. The artifacts are original storytelling objects designed by Bianca Dove. Each artifact is a wearable chapter of a story that is its own thing. Each piece is produced individually when acquired. Nothing exists in a warehouse waiting to be wanted. Each artifact is produced individually. Minor variations in color, placement and texture are not imperfections. They are evidence that this specific object was made at a specific moment for a specific person. We do not accept returns based on fit or style preference. ​

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund (contact within 45 days for international orders). You will be asked to provide clear photos as evidence of damage. There is no need to return damaged products. Refunds will be processed within 15 days.
