PRODUCTION TIME
Generally 2-7 days.

SHIPPING TIME

Generally 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries (shipping from the U.S. to the U.S.) and 10-30 days for international deliveries from some print providers. However, most items arrive within 1-2 weeks from date of purchase.

We offer free standard domestic and international shipping through all the major carriers (USPS, Fedex, UPS).

All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

CUSTOMS FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELAYS

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues or high volume. Customers will be notified of significant order delays via email. Orders with major delays (i.e., more than 30 days) are eligible for a full refund including shipping costs, which will be processed within 14 days.

The book is distributed through MIXAM, a print-on-demand company that makes custom books. Production times typically take 6 working days, which includes printing, drying, and packing. This does not include weekends or holidays. Production times are longer for bulk orders.
